Timmy was created by Tabitha shortly after the show started. She used her powers to bring him to life from doll form, shortly before her powers were taken away. Even though she is now powerless, Timmy has never permanently reverted back to doll form -- he can switch back and forth at will.

Timmy functions as Tabitha's conscience on the show. His love for Tabitha is tempered only by his love for Charity, who he sees as pure and innocent. He hates what Tabitha and Hecuba are doing to Charity, but he knows that Hecuba and Charity could destroy them. His favorite hobby is making and drinking his martimmies.

Timmy was recently granted his wish for being so good. Timmy was turned into a real boy Christmas Eve.
